As a model I wanted to get in really good shape but make sure it looked 'natural' (even though its not natural for me to be in really good shape) This is by far the best gym experience I’ve ever had... The equipment is everything you'd need to stay interested and get results. I recently committed to joining the fire department but knew I had to get in shape first. I have been a gym member for years but I didn't really see any big improvements, at least not like I wanted.
