Group Fitness classes are offered two times a week and are designed for all fitness levels. Try our high-intensity cardio or plyometrics. At Fit Lab, we offer fun and active classes for everyone!
Sport Specific Training
Fit Lab training systems provide the most advanced jump and speed training programs devised. Great for any athlete playing any sport. We proudly house sport specific training equipment for: volleyball, football, basketball, soccer, softball, baseball, and golf.
Whatever your fitness goal, we have what it takes to get you there. Put our highly trained personal trainers to the test. Fit Lab offers one-on-one sessions and a variety of group classes.

Developmental 4 (D4) ages 6-8 years old
This program creates young champions! It’s world class in athletic development inside a fun and positive training environment. We concentrate on movement patterns, motor skills, speed and agility in all planes of motion. This will help improve performance, increase confidence and develop a strong athletic foundation for all sports. Sessions are twice a week
Developmental 3 (D3) ages 9-11 years old-
This first-class program will catapult our young athletes to higher levels of greatness! We teach the essential skills using drills and movement patterns that improve athleticism and self-confidence. This is done by keeping athletes attentive while maximizing effort and determination. Sessions are twice a week
Developmental 2 (D2) ages 12-14 years old
This program is unrivaled and gives our athletes the edge they need to be a force! It’s designed to help the growing athlete take advantage of their current strengths while continuing to improve overall strength and speed. We focus on athletic movement patterns in all planes of motion, injury prevention, speed, strength and power. More strength training and compound movements are integrated to enhance overall athleticism and improve self-confidence. Sessions are 3 times a week
Developmental 3 (D3) ages 15-18 years old
This is the premiere program for all athletes looking to dominate! It’s designed to start optimizing our athlete’s overall athleticism for current and next level. We will be concentrating on strength, speed, power and injury prevention. Our goal is to give our athletes the tools be positively impactful in their respective sports. Sessions are 3 times a week
Elite (College and Pro)
Elite (College and Pro)– Come join us at the pinnacle of athletic training! This program is designed to improve the quality of performance by providing clients with the physical & mental tools needed to get to the next level of their career. Body Zone (Adult Group Classes)
The best shape of your life starts now! This program is designed to help take your fitness to the next level and improve your overall quality of life. We concentrate on improving muscle strength, flexibility and energy levels while decreasing body fat. We utilize a combination of strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to help you achieve your fitness goals. 6 times a week (early morning, mid-morning, evening)
